When you use Clean Capture, we temporarily access the following data when you actively trigger a screenshot:

• User Activity Data: When you click the toolbar icon or right-click menu to trigger a screenshot, we temporarily access the current tab's page content to perform the screenshot operation. We release this data immediately after the screenshot is completed and do not store or record it.

• Website Content Data: When you actively trigger a screenshot, we temporarily access the current tab's visible content (text, images, etc.) to generate the screenshot file. We also access the current tab's URL to generate filenames (only extracting the domain part). This data is only used to generate screenshots and is not stored, uploaded, or shared with third parties.

2.2 Data We Store

We use Chrome's sync storage (chrome.storage.sync) to save your extension settings preferences, including:

• Screenshot format (PNG/JPEG)

• Resize ratio

• Filename template

• Delay time

• Post-processing options

This settings data is only saved locally in your browser and is not uploaded to any server.
